Materials:

• We used the Robert Kaufman Woodland Clearing Collection
• • Fat Quarter Bundle
• • 2 yards of fabric for the shelving
• • 2 yards for backing
• • 1 yard for binding
• • 2 1/2 yards for front (we used Quilter's Linen Print White)
• • Batting
• • 3 yards Fusible Webbing
• • Thread
• • Sewing Shelves Pattern

Project Prep

Cut out your white fabric and shelf pieces first. You'll need:

• Out of white: 2 pieces 6" x 60" for side pieces
  • 2 pieces 2 1/2" x 12 3/4"
  • 2 pieces 2 1/2" x 4 1/2"
  • 1 piece 16 1/2" x 27 1/2" (for top shelf piece)
  • 2 pieces 15 1/2" x 27 1/2" (for middle and bottom shelf pieces)
  • 1 piece 6" x 27 1/2"
• Fabric for shelves: 2 pieces 2 1/2" x 42"
  • 3 pieces 2 1/2" x 27 1/2"
• Fabrics for bolts on lowest shelf - one from each fabric - 11" x 2"
  • 8 pieces 1 1/2" x 1" for bolt ends.

Print out your pattern pieces and decide what prints you'd like on each piece. Cut slightly larger pieces of fabric than each pattern and iron fusible webbing to the wrong side of the fabrics. Cut out each of the pattern pieces.
