Good Afternoon Square One for Friday, December 16th, 2022. We have today, some lovely "Show and Tell" pieces that our talented members have been working on.

 

This is a lovely Christmas table-runner 

Dorris used fusible gold bias binding for that stained glass look.   

We all loved it. 

.....and of course Dorris never fails to impress us with her applique piece below. Just imagine the amount of work that went into this project.

Reminder - Next date for Square One Quilters is Monday, December 12, 2022, same time, same place!

 

A big shout out to our fellow quilter, Susie who is home and recovering from a successful knee operation.  

Susie is already bob-bob-bobbing along quite nicely!

A previous reminder of the following dates

 

• Square One quilting cancelled on Monday, December 26th, 2022.

• In lieu of  the cancelled December 26th date, we will have an extra Monday and will meet on January 2, 2023. 

• Our regular quilting schedule will continue on January 9th,2023 for quilting in the morning, and will have our Christmas luncheon at the New Century Restaurant at 12 Noon.  

Please note that there will be quilting two weeks in a row - January 2 and 9th, however we would like to plan on going out for lunch on January 9th as we were unable to come up with a date for December for Christmas.....
