Good Morning Square One Quilters

As you know, Willy and I have been searching for a new home for Square One Quilters.  

After visiting several places, we have agreed on a Closed Group with the Seniors Centre. 

We visited with the co-ordinator several times, and they have gone out of their way to accommodate us.  They gave up their Board meetings to a separate location, so that we could have the two Thursdays in a month as all other days were booked. 

The Senior’s Centre, as some of you are aware of, has had a complete makeover.  It is bright and cheerful.  All rooms are available to us. It has a lovely, clean kitchen. Large or small tables are available to us, and some storage. Willy and I have taken in one of our irons and a cutting mat that we had at the previous location. There are plenty of wall connections for our equipment. 

It is the center’s hope that we will take out a yearly membership, which is $20.00 per year. There is a drop in fee each time that we attend the hall. The drop-in fee is $2.00 with a Membership, and a $3.00 without a Membership.  

We are expected to return our tables and chairs to where we found them, and our also to leave the kitchen the way that we found it.  

We are adding the marked calendar schedule for Square One until the end of 2025.  See you on the 24th of July. 9.00 am
